From the wild to the archive

Six pillars govern every specimen. Detailed process claims are preserved from the source register and require formulation-specific review before publication.

  1. 01

    Botanical

    Intact morphology, selected whole.

Specimens are selected as whole structures. Supplied source claim — “zero milling, intact whole morphology” — is preserved for review and is not applied indiscriminately to LUSH formulations.

  2. 02

    Place

    Traceable terroir.

Origin is recorded per specimen, from Himalayan terroir to Mediterranean terraces. Traceability of terroir is a supplied claim pending documentary review.

  3. 03

    Time

20 to 1,100 days of maturation.

Each specimen is held in maturation for a supplied duration. The 20–1,100 day range is preserved from the source register pending review.

  4. 04

    Honey

    Raw honey, held below 35°C.

Pairing uses raw honey maintained below 35°C in the supplied account. The non-thermal condition is a process claim pending review.

  5. 05

    Transformation

    COE™ intracellular exchange.

Non-Thermal Cyclical Osmotic Exchange (COE™) is the supplied name for the transformation process. Its mechanism and “intracellular exchange” description are pending review; proprietary ratios and cycles are held privately.

  6. 06

    Evidence

Aw ≤ 0.75, documented per batch.

Water activity is recorded per specimen against a supplied ≤ 0.75 target. A water-activity figure is not, on its own, proof of food safety, shelf life or certification.

    Claim pending review

Botanical origin → honey pairing → transformation → maturation → preserved composition → product passport.

Confidential ratios, cycle schedules and proprietary operating details are held privately and are not published.
